Booking

• Reserve your spot via Eversports (see timetable above). We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, and Sofortüberweisung.
• If you’re an Urban Sports Club member, search for “Hi! Studios FLOW – Online” to find our classes.

Class details

• Download the Zoom app to join our online sessions.
• For the best audio experience, we recommend playing the music through an external speaker so you can clearly hear the teacher’s voice.
• You will receive a Zoom link before the class starts to access the livestream.
• The teacher will be available in the Zoom meeting 15 minutes before class for any questions or assistance.

Didn’t receive the Zoom link? Check your spam folder.
• Urban Sports Club members: Log in to the USC website, click on your name, and select “Sportplan” in the top right corner. The Zoom link will appear there 10 minutes before class.
